Chirstmas returns

All clothing and footwear items purchased between Monday 5th December 2011 and Monday 19th December 2011 can be returned for exchange or refund no later than 2nd January 2012 (or 14 days from delivery date, which ever is longer).

All items purchased outside of this date or ineligible items can be returned for exchange or refund no later than 14 days from the day of delivery.

If you need a longer date allowance for returns (if you're going away on holiday for example), please contact us to see if we can accomodate you.

You must inform us by email (address printed on packing slip) for any returns. Our staff cannot accept returns requests via telephone.


Distant selling act

You are covered by the distant selling act when making purchases from our online store.

This means that you have 7 days "cooling off" period. You can return un-opened, un-used items for a full refund, but you must cover the return postage costs yourself.

We won't charge you a re-stocking fee for any cancellations.

You must notify us as soon as you wish to return the item(s), by email or in writing, within the 7 day period. Be aware that items must be in their original unworn or unused condition.

Once your out of the distant selling act cooling off period, we will still accept returns for unwanted items up to 14 days.


Defective items

All our items are checked before being shipped out to you. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please contact us for a replacement. This will not cover damage caused by neglect or misuse on your part.


Unwanted items

If you don't want an item, please contact us to arrange a return. If you just want a different size, please contact us to arrange this, you will need to cover the return postage. You can return an item up to 14 days after you receive them.
